Welcome to the Midwest Himalayan Persian Connection, home of the Sta-Sta cat.

We have been in business since 2008 and after a break due to breeding stock issues we are one again offering the coveted "Flame Point" Himalayan Persian kitten. These are not just kittens but are babies with fur.  When you adopt your Sta-Sta you will be receiving a companion that will be with you for up to 15 years. As a Flame Point your fur-baby will want to be with you every minute of the day that it can be.  

We currently have a breeding pair that will start breeding in the late Spring of 2025 and we are expecting to have a litter available around November or December. We hold the kittens for 12 weeks before placement with exceptions for other catteries that have experience with younger kittens.  Holding the kitten for a full 12 weeks allows the kitten the extra time to be with its mother before placement. Once placed your Sta-Sta will be eating solid food, using the cat box and be able to go up and down the stairs. She/he will be socialized by not only both owners but also a household of other Himi's and a rescue American Short Hair. They will be delivered to you ready to bond and become your forever feline companion. All adoptions will be PKD,FIV and FLIV negative guaranteed.

Our current breeders are Sophia and Ares.

Sophia is an Alpine white Crème Lynx Himalayan Persian. She has bright Blue eyes and a "Smudge Face" look. She is the quintessential "Persian" and has the attitude to prove it. She requires daily attention to brushing and face cleaning. She has a long exotic coat that will become tangled if not brushed daily. Persians are known for eye drainage and Himalayan Persians are no different. Sophia has her face cleaned at least every other day to keep the dreaded drainage from staining the fur and causing discomfort to the kitten.

Aries is also Alpine white but he is a Flame Point Himalayan Persian. He has bright red tips to his ears, nose, feet and his tail. As a Flame Point he demands attention and will generally get it.  He has a round "apple head" face.  Aries pedigree comes with lineage  from the Sultan and Arabian Tail line-in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia as well as the Sandy Paws line. Aries has more of the "Doll Face" look that does not require as much face cleaning as Sophia but the daily brushing is still a requirement to keep from tangles.
